What's your shipping cost?
Free AU shipping on orders over $60. Orders under $60 have a flat $7.95 shipping fee. International shipping is calculated at checkout.
How fast will my order ship?
Orders placed before 2pm AEST ship the same business day. Most Australian addresses receive their order within 2–5 business days via Australia Post.
What if it's not for me?
Every order is covered by our 30-night risk-free trial. Email us within 30 days for a full refund — and keep the product.
Will Flow stay on all night?
Yes — designed for nightly use. The mouth tape has a gentle vent so you can talk, cough or yawn freely. Most people forget it's there within a night or two.
Is it gentle on sensitive skin?
All Flow products are latex-free and made with sensitive skin in mind. If you ever notice irritation, take a night off — and if it persists, contact us.
